On Monday the children in Year 1 enjoyed exploring toys from the past. They really did ‘Play All Day!’ ‘Off the Page’ brought their travelling toy museum which contained many different types of toys, ranging from metal automata to spinning tops and wooden dolls.
The children enjoyed a practical making session, which gave them a hands-on experience of making their own traditional toys from a range of materials. All the children were very interested and asked many thoughtful questions.
