TUESDAY 9.00am – 10.00am

Parents are invited to join a new yoga class starting on Tuesday 17 January in the Sports Centre.  It will be a gentle hatha yoga class aimed at total beginners and also those more experienced at yoga, offering a chance for mums to stretch, strengthen and, importantly, to switch off and be part of a supportive group of ladies.

The focus is not on perfecting amazing yogic postures but on experiencing energy “flow” and relaxation, so that participants leave feeling relaxed and energised.

Classes are booked in half-termly blocks and spaces are limited so please do book in advance.
