“Hosanna! Hosanna!” cried 6B as the the first of our assemblies on our Easter theme began.
We were taken to the streets of Jerusalem as crowds waved palm branches and welcomed King Jesus, the Prince of Peace.
We all thoroughly enjoyed the Pancake-tasting Competition in which Miss Green, Mr Isherwood and Mrs Lambert-Green tucked into 3 different flavours varying from a delicious sweet chocolate filling to a bitter salt and vinegar taste.
WWJD – What Would Jesus Do when faced with the challenges and difficulties that lay ahead? The sweet cries of the people would soon turn to bitter angry shouts.
