On Thursday, the Year 6 were theatrically transported to Elsinore Castle in Denmark. The Young Shakespeare Company gave us a thrilling performance of Hamlet, ably assisted by the children who played some of the roles and provided vivid sound effects. We all watched agog as the tragedy unfolded; our school hall was the scene of murder, mistruths and madness, of retribution and revenge, of denouncement and deceit. All in one family… talk about dysfunctional!
Have a look at the children in action here!
