The Transition children enjoyed a fantastic (and very wet) day out at Ash End House Children’s Farm this week. They had a wonderful tour around the farm visiting lots of different types of animal. All of the animals were very friendly and the children were able to feed lots of them. The children particularly enjoyed stroking young chicks in a basket, feeding leaves to the goats and giving a lamb a drink of milk from a bottle! Each child was able to collect and take home their very own egg from the barn as a memento of the day.

There were some very happy and tired children on the coaches on the journey home!
