The ultimate goal of Judo is to perfect the individual so that he/she can be of value to society. There are many reasons for learning Judo. It provides exercise, relaxation, sport, an interesting challenge, balance, co-ordination, self-protection and self-confidence. Judo offers a fellowship unlike other sports and develops a keen desire to co-ordinate mind and body.
Well done, everyone!
