3Z assembly began by putting the bread identifying expertise of Mrs Stockton, Miss Paddock and Mr Hegenbarth to the test. They are to be congratulated for their correct identification of garlic, raisin and pitta bread.
Amid the fun, we learnt how God had provided daily bread for his people, the Israelites, during their 40 years in the desert. 3Z encouraged us to remember to give thanks each day, not just for our daily food, but for all the good things we are given.

As we listened to the story of the goose who laid golden eggs, performed with great enthusiasm, we were left in no doubt that being grateful, not greedy, is a far better way to live….sadly the goose died!

Thank you, 3Z and Miss Stefanowski for a wonderful assembly.
