On the hottest June day for 40 years and the Summer Solstice, Year 4 headed off for a scorching day in Stratford! Much enjoyment was had at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre workshop where the children discovered more about Midsummer’s Night Dream (very apt!).
This was followed by a visit to Mary Arden’s Farm, where everybody had a great time, although even the animals were flagging in the heat!
