S show respect- U understanding M- Mercy …what next?

Our theme of, “How Strong is Your Heart? “ has been gaining pace over the weeks as we have explored the ways in which SHOWING RESPECT, UNDERSTANDING and MERCY to others strengthens our heart.

In Chapel last Friday we witnessed “Wanna be Champion” Sumo wrestlers, Mr Tim “Yung” Wurr and Mr Rob “Nuu” Man (see photo) battling it out for the title of “Kindness Champion of the Year.”

Chaplain reminded us that King David didn’t just talk about understanding others but he tried to walk in their shoes. With each act of kindness, especially towards the crippled grandson of King Saul, King David’s heart grew stronger and stronger. We hope we can follow his example.

Thank you Mr Wurr and Mr Newman for a magnificent Sumo performance
