A big ‘thank you’ to The Friends for all their hard work in organising both the Christmas Fayre on Saturday 25th November and the ‘Jingle and Mingle’ fizz and carols event on Thursday 30th November. Faces were painted, presents were given, gifts were bought, drinks were drunk, cakes were munched and carols were sung! Thank you to everyone who came along.
A record £1000 was raised from the Jingle and Mingle raffle and ticket sales which will be given to Miss West and her family as a contribution towards a memorial plaque for Harvey. Our thoughts are with them at this sad time.
