Class 1V did themselves and their Mothers proud on Wednesday in the Year 1 Mother’s Day assembly. As a class, they read out a lovely poem which explained all the ingredients that go into making a Mum, from heaps of compassion to a few nutty moments! They ended by all saying why they loved their Mum. We learnt that many Mums make delicious dinners, give great cuddles, help with homework and take them to their favourite activity.
