Congratulations to St Margaret’s House for organising a fantastic day of fun to raise money for ‘Kids Like Us’, a local charity supporting children with Arthritis. The St Margaret’s pupils wore their own blue clothes, and performed a wonderful Mother’s Day assembly. The School Hall came alive again at break and lunchtime with various stalls and sporting challenges for the pupils. The day ended with a mouth-watering cake sale and high tea for Mums in the Boardroom served by the Year 6 girls – a delicious way to treat the wonderful Blue Coat Mums!
Thank you very much to the pupils, house staff and house parents who have given so much of their spare time to help setting up the stalls, baking cakes and donating prizes for the Toy Tombola. The day would not have been such a success without your help!
A fantastic day was had by all, raising money for a very worth cause!
