What do you do with your feelings when things go wrong? Yesterday Year 5 began their Emotional Logic training with Mr Christiaan Stirling and Mrs Liz Bunce from the Emotional Logic centre. This is a new emotional wellbeing and mental health programme we are launching across the school. With interactive activities and plenty of discussions, we have begun to learn about the positive purpose of our emotions. There’s lots more to come!
