The audience sat spellbound as the young musicians in Year 4 performed in Thursday’s Morning Recital. The playing was well-rehearsed and expertly executed, providing a fitting close to our recital programme this year. We have enjoyed 16 Morning Recitals this year involving 406 individual performances. The one constant throughout was the very high standard our young players achieve – be they in Prep or in Pre-prep. Bravo to one and all!
Congratulations also to Lydia in 3W who won a Trophy for her outstanding performance in the Leamington Spa Music Festival on 16th June. She impressed the adjudicators with Dvorak’s Humoresque, giving an outstanding performance. Well done, Lydia!
Our Summer Concert is fast approaching. All are welcome to attend on Thursday 5th July in the School Hall. The concert will start at 6pm and last approximately one hour. Please do come along and support the children.
