There is nothing finer than to start the day with a concert or recital. Our young musicians in Year 4 certainly entertained the audience with their panache and professionalism this Thursday. The pupils played or sang and thoroughly enjoyed their opportunity to perform.Well done one and all!
I am always thrilled to see the progress the children are making; for some this was their first recital, for others it was perhaps the last time they will play in a Morning Recital before they progress into a higher tier of performance in our Prelude Concert series. The standard of playing was as high as ever, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank the parents and the Visiting Music Teachers for their continued dedication as they encourage each child to reach for the ‘high notes’.
