Year 5 Morning Recital
We enjoyed a super recital on Thursday morning. There is no better way to start the day than with some live music, and our performers played with real grit and determination. For many it was a debut performance; always nerve-wracking, but the children were cool, calm and collected and really shone, despite the butterflies. Well done everybody.
Music Scholars’ Recital
Our Music Scholars are performing next Wednesday evening at 6.00pm. The children are rehearsing intensely at the moment and this will be an evening of very high-quality entertainment from our Scholars. The recital is in the Hall and all are welcome. Entry is free. Sign up here to come along.
Chapel Choir
Our Probationers were officially inducted into the Chapel Choir this morning. Receiving their surplices (the white floaty bit), the children have passed the stringent testing to make them into true choristers. They have a very busy few weeks ahead of them as we prepare for the Advent Processional Service (St. Philip’s Cathedral 4pm Dec 2 – all welcome) and the Prep Carol Service (6pm Dec 13 Chapel). Congratulations and very well done. Keep up the hard work!
