The fourth BCS Experience Day took place on Wednesday and we were delighted to welcome twenty Year 4 pupils from St Mary’s Primary School in Harborne. The children enjoyed the opportunity to participate in painting and felting workshops.

During the art session, children learned about the work of Hundertwasser, and they then created their own vision of a future house. They worked with acrylics and Brusho paint and, using desktop easels and collage materials, produced some stunning art-work. In DT, children learned the principles of felting. First they drew an image and then replicated their designs, creating individual pieces of felted work.

Huge thanks to Mrs Lynn and Mrs Lambert-Green for all their work in ensuring our guests had a wonderful day.
