Farewell to our fantastic Year 6 cohort. They have had an unimaginable end to their Blue Coat days but today they celebrated many wonderful memories and spirits were high. After an emotional week which began with Leavers’ presentations and a final Chapel service, the children have enjoyed a final enrichment week involving Forest School, Potted Sports, STEM and a Play in a Day. Yesterday they joined together to watch a leavers’ montage and assembly where they received good luck and farewell messages from the staff. Seeing themselves in photographs from Pre-Prep they could hardly believe where the time had gone! This morning was an opportunity to gather on the front field and receive a message from Mr Singleton, Chair of Governors, an address from Mr Neeson and a blessing from Chaplain. Lastly a picnic lunch was a chance to say final goodbyes. Good Luck Year 6 we will miss you!
