Many children across the school were delighted to receive a special certificate from Mr Neeson for the effort being made in the BCS Distance Learning Programme so far in the Lent Term. Judging from the number of photographs that have been received, the children have been very excited to open their envelope at home.
For children in Prep, the certificate also awarded each pupil 25 Merits, which will be added to their Merit total when we are all back in school. One thing that Mr Neeson has really missed since we have been in lockdown is the announcement of the Headmaster’s House Cup result each Friday afternoon, and all of the Merits that the children were being awarded for their schoolwork were contributing towards the House totals each week. We hope we will all soon be back together to celebrate in person.
