Children across the school are continuing to find creative ways to raise money for our charity appeal. In addition to today’s non-uniform day, children have been baking biscuits for neighbours, doing sponsored bike rides and much more!

Abhav in Year 5 has taken it upon himself to do a charity readathon! Abhav has done so well he has surpassed his target of £1,000 and has now raised a staggering £1,235!

Abhav says, “As a Christian my faith should be reflected in my deeds. Jesus Christ said love thy neighbour, the homeless are also my neighbours. This is why it is important to help them.”

This week we received a lovely message of thanks from Let’s Feed Brum, and the children were able to hear a bit more about how their money will be used:

We are looking forward to bringing all the donations together at the end of term, during our Easter services.
