Today in our Upper School Chapel Service we welcomed our first guest speaker for 18 months! Chris Stratta from The Leprosy Mission spoke to us about the work that the charity is doing to help cure people with leprosy.
The children discovered that while England no longer sees cases of leprosy, thousands around the world are still suffering and are in need of education, medicine and support.
As we continue in Prep to learn about putting love into action, Chris was a great example of this, as he devotes his life to showing God’s love to those in need. Today’s Chapel collection will go to support the work of the Leprosy Mission, so many thanks to all who generously gave.
