To bring the half term to a close, Year 2 came dressed in animal-themed outfits for their amazing WOW day along the theme of animals. They had an exciting visit to Forest School to find mini beasts and make homes for them. Steve the animal man bought a menagerie of animals with him to visit. A skunk, a kookaburra and a very big snake were certainly highlights. As you can see from the highlights the children did not shy away from holding and touching the animals and we even persuaded some of the staff too! The children also made a clay owl to take home to remind them of the day.
