It was 6JM’s turn to cause Chaos, Crime and Trouble with their class assembly this week! Following on from 5KF’s opening of the Story of Esther, 6JM shared the next part of Esther’s story, which involved two of King Xerxes’ best guards (Chaos and Crime) plotting to kill the King. Luckily, Esther’s Uncle Mordecai was on hand to foil the plot and save the day. However, after being insulted by Mordecai, the proud, pompous, puffed up pest, Haman (Trouble) had other plans, gaining the King’s ear and sinking Jewish hearts. An excellent performance from the children of 6JM! We look forward to next week and the third part of our story. What will happen to Esther, Haman and the Jewish people?
