Our termly celebration assemblies in Pre-Prep and Prep are an opportunity to look back at all that has been achieved at our wonderful school over the term, and goodness, we’ve managed to pack so much in!
It is important to celebrate all of the many achievements; those who have received Values Stickers, Blue Coat Bear Awards or Deputy Head Awards, those who have been nominated as Standout Artists or Rising Sports Stars and those who have been invited to join Mr Neeson or Mrs Andrews at the Golden Table. It is also an opportunity to acknowledge everyone who has made an impact on the school community in their positions of responsibility (Science Ambassadors, Librarians and the Eco Committee to name but a few).
Later in the week, St Monica’s Prep House received the Headmaster’s House Cup for the Lent Term from our Chair of Governors, Mrs Gilmore. This was a hotly contested competition, with the total number of house points awarded to each of the houses for the whole term being close in the end!
Congratulations to all the children who were mentioned, and well done to each and everyone for another superb and busy term at Blue Coat!
