The Prep Lent term ended with style and panache as the four Houses battled it out in the House Shout. Each House had been practising hard to ensure a polished performance – complete with actions, props and a few altered lyrics of course – of their chosen song, on a ‘numbers’ theme. St Monica’s were Working 9 to 5, St Philips’s had 1 Lion on their Shirts and St Margaret’s went 1000 Miles.
Well done to everyone, who put their heart and soul into their performance. Each House did themselves proud, but there could only be one winner. Congratulations and applause go to the winning House, St George’s for their uplifting and exciting rendition of I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles), with words skillfully re-crafted to celebrate the school’s 300 Years!
