
U9 Football v Warwick
The U9 team played six competitive matches against a strong Warwick Junior School side, with all Year 4 pupils involved. Warwick’s excellent passing and clinical finishing provided valuable lessons for our players, who showed great determination and teamwork throughout. Despite the tough challenge, there were moments of skill, brave defending, and positive attacking play. Each game highlighted areas for improvement, particularly in movement and finishing. The experience will help the teams grow and develop for future fixtures. Well done to all the players for their effort, resilience, and sportsmanship!
U9 Netball v King’s Hawford
Blue Coat took four teams to King’s Hawford for a challenging netball match. Despite the horrendous weather conditions, our girls demonstrated incredible resilience. The rain and wind made playing difficult, but everyone gave their best effort. Teams rotated positions throughout the day, showing great versatility and teamwork. Although the weather was far from ideal, the spirit and sportsmanship on display were truly impressive, making it a memorable and rewarding day for all involved.
U11 Netball v Warwick Quad
The U11 girls participated in an exciting quad netball tournament, facing off against Warwick, Bablake, and Croft. Throughout the day, the girls displayed great teamwork, skill, and adaptability. Despite the challenge of facing strong opposition, the team showed impressive resilience. Each player demonstrated versatility, stepping into multiple positions as needed, which allowed them to effectively respond to the shifting dynamics of each match.

U10 Netball v King’s Hawford
The U10 girls delivered a strong performance in their match against King’s Hawford this week, showcasing significant progress in their overall gameplay. U8 Netball v King’s Hawford
This Thursday four U8 teams travelled to King’s Hawford for a netball fixture. All were very excited to be on the fixture and demonstrate the skills they have been working on in lessons the past four weeks. All matches followed the five sided format where they rotated positions at half time. This allowed the girls to develop both their attacking and defending skills. The girls ability to pass and move and bring the ball down the court was particularly impressive. This was a great start to the netball season and shows a lot of promise for their netball progress in years to come. Well played to all.
