Nicholas is a leadership development consultant, actor and research fellow with extensive experience in inclusion, cultural change, experiential learning and communication skills. He holds an MBA from Birmingham Business School and is currently completing his Ph.D. in Accounting at the Centre for Responsible Business, focusing on inclusive leadership practices and experiences.
With over a decade of experience, Nicholas has worked with educational institutions including FE colleges, schools, business schools, and both public and private sector organisations, teaching, designing and delivering leadership development programmes, and coaching executives. He has particular expertise in creating inclusive and experiential learning environments and recently drew on supply teaching experience to contribute to the Youth Employment UK ‘Young Person’s Entitlement’ policy report, helping shape frameworks that support positive futures for young people.
Nicholas joined the governing board in February 2025. He serves on the Teaching, Learning and Curriculum Committee, where his background in educational development, wellbeing and inclusive practices helps support the school’s commitment to providing excellent education for all pupils.
