U11 Border Rugby Festival @ Worcester Warriors

The boys ended their rugby journey at Blue Coat with a trip to Sixways Stadium, the home of Worcester Warriors, to play in a festival organised by Malvern College, prior to their big local derby against Hereford Cathedral School. It was a great experience playing different teams to those on our regular circuit and also to play on the same pitch that many of the greats of the game have graced.

The boys played games against Hereford Cathedral, Beaudesert, Prestfelde, The Downs, and The Elms and all the games were very close with a lot of draws, but really the scores were unimportant. Considering that so few of these boys play rugby outside of school, it has been an excellent term which the boys should be proud of.
